Renewal email

Hi, I got an email stating the following:


If you decide to leave before the end of your current contract you can do so without paying any early termination fees by getting in touch with us on 0800 587 1942 and giving 14 days’ notice.


Contacted that number but the person coudln't find anything suggesting I could cancel before my contract ends (14th Jul 2021).

So my question is, can I migrate to another provider or will I pay an early termination fee?

Thank you for reaching out. I've had a look through the account on our side and am also unable to locate this email which has been sent to you. As your contract will not be affected by our recent price changes, I'm unsure as to exactly why you've received this.


As it stands, you're in contract until July this year. If you'd like to discuss any further contractual matters, please give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632
