Renewal due

Hi

Got an email from Plusnet stating it’s time for your account review. Current contract ends early March. I went on to my account and unless I’m missing something, I’m unable to renew or take the Unlimited Fibre Extra 66mb@ £23.95. Just gives message that it’s not available to me.

Tried phoning but lines very busy. If anyone from Plusnet could ring me, it would be most helpful

Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and they will tell you what’s available and sort you out. There’s rarely more than a few minutes wait on that line.
