My broadband and phone package is coming up for renewal shortly and the offer I've been sent is worse than for new customers. Having been a customer for 20 years I am hoping for at least the same if not a better offer.
The problem is that I'm unable to get through on the phone or Chat and I believe the current offer to new customers expires tomorrow. I would like to get hold of someone at Plusnet to see whether I can negotiate a renewal along the same lines as the new customer offer. What are my options please?
