Renewal contract price

Hi, My contract is due to expire on 2nd February and I wanted to renew my contract, however I am confused on what the new price would be.

This is what shows when I am trying to complete the order but what would my price be after February? Would I pay just the fibre extra i.e £27.86 or fibre extra + line rental i.e £54.39 (27.86 + 26.53)?

Hi @mariana1 

That's right you would pay the £54.39 as stated at the bottom (Excluding the yearly price increase)

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

@MatthewWheeler  Surely £54.39 is the out of contract price. @mariana1  was trying to renew the contract and find out the new contract price. The price shown at the bottom of the image is £27.99. I think that is the correct new contract price.

Hi Matthew, I think I did. I was curious whether if I renew the contract I would pay £54.99 or £27ish before the price increase as the cost breakdown was a bit confusing

I think the system threw a bit of a paddy but as you've noticed the change has kicked in now so you're on the new pricing
