Hi there,
My broadband contract is due to end early next month. I wonder if the default renew option is the only one I have? With the same amount of payment, I could get Fibre else where or if I am a new customer again when I checked on uswitch?

The only way to find out is one, or more , phone calls on the basis that if you don't ask you don't get.
The silly way this market works is that if a customer joins via Uswitch PN have to pay commision reducing their income. Why thet do not quote a sensible price for all is beyong me.
A further snag is "including line rental". It might be better to go for line rental saver and separate BB price,
Don't get me going.........!!.

This forum worked for me in the past for other matters, so I wanted to see if there's anything can be done here before moving somewhere else...
multiple phone calls is just too tedious....
