Renew offer not showing in account

I had a text from Plusnet to upgrade for £24.99 a month and sign up for another 18 months. However when I go in to my account it’s £27.00 I really don’t want to spend hours trying to phone so does anyone know if there’s anything I can do online. Thanks for any help.

Did you get a renewal link in the text to click on? Also have you received an email of a similar nature with the offer? You could try clicking on the link in the email if so

Hi. Thanks for the reply. There is a link but when I go through it all it is still £27 a month!
