Renew is showing different price and not providing same as new customers
Wondering if anyone has had the same issue, I've contact plus net but they responded asking me to call which I had done already.
My broadband/phone is up for renewing when calling
- Don't get the same offers as new customers it's either:
1. Same price longer contract
2. Higher price same contract length
I tried clicking through the offer on the email plusnet sent me but when it gets to check out it's stopping it and reverting the price to £49.98 which seems very high
- unlimited fibre extra
- anytime calls
- line rental
Has anyone else had these issues as when I call i get very different offers all higher than advertised

In the email it Plusnet sent to me it said
"But don't worry, we have some great offers for you - even new customers can't get better."
That's the part which got me wondering because its not the case
I've managed to speak to plusnet and they said there is an issue with the renew on the site and sorted out albeit a 24 month contract
