Hello,
My contract is due to expire in a couple of weeks. I'm trying to renew it through the member centre but all options are greyed out and I there is this message:
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
As far as I'm aware I don't have a phone order.
