Renew contract

On my account I have an exclusive renew contract offer. The current price is slightly higher than a new customer, what's the best way of seeing if plusnet will amend that exclusive offer?

It's now coming up with offer not available. This hasn't happened before, why has it done this?

Yeah such a long wait too. Does the renewing of contract come with 14 day period to revert back to old contract?

You are between a rock and a hard place with both Plusnet and Openreach short staffed. Getting through on the phone to Plusnet is extremely difficult. Only the very brave or those who don't care whether or not they have broadband should consider moving ISP in the current crisis.

If it was me I would just accept the discounted offer whilst it's available.

My official febew isn't until September and the current exclusive renew offer is £1 per month more than a new customer.

I may add tv so may be able to get a good deal when discussing that option on the phone.
