Removing Questions

Following a phone call to support a question was raised which in effect answered my question.  I phoned and accepted the terms of the reply and a further question was raised to acknowledge my reply.  However both questions are still in status of awaiting reply from customer but none is needed.  These have been on my account since mid October and I get a reminder every time I log in to the Member centre.
How can I delete these questions and reminder?

Re: Removing Questions

If they were raised by our support team then you won't be able to close them, although they should timeout after 14 days. I can close these manually if you like?

Re: Removing Questions

1. No questions can be deleted - only closed so they form a permanent record.
2. Questions opened by Plusnet on your behalf can only be closed by Plusnet - if one of the team sees this they may do what is needed.
Edit: Chris types faster!

Re: Removing Questions

Thanks to you both for the help.  Now I know they should clear themselves in 14 days I will let the system take its course.
