Remove my BT sport addon

Please remove my BT Sport subscription. I've tried to do this via the phone and web portal but have not been successful. Please raise a ticket to resolve the issue.

Thanks for bearing with us, Plusnet customers can now pause their BT Sport payment for a month via this form https://comm.plus.net/k/Karmarama/bt_sport_subscription_discount?_ga=2.46676078.817452325.1585562050.... As soon as things change we’ll be in touch.

Thank you for your response. However I would like to cancel by BT Sport service rather than pause it for a month.. So please remove the add-on from my account ASAP...
