Remove BT Sport and Bill

Please immediately remove BT sport from my account.

I have been charged for it yet have never activated it, never been able to active it due to issues at the Plusnet/BT side of things and the steps provided to rectify via PM didn't work yet I have still been charged for a service I have been unable to even use!  I was under the impression the billing cycle only starts when it is activated.  I gave up and decided to get it through sky in the end.

I look forward to someone from Plusnet getting in touch to rectify and reimburse.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see you've not been able to get your BT Sport App working.

I can remove this for you but I can't reimburse the money you've paid for it as we weren't aware there was still a problem.

I remember helping you out via the ticket Here and I provided a potential solution given to me by our suppliers. I asked you to let me know if that worked, but the ticket then closed automatically after 14 days so I assumed all was well.

If you can reply to the new ticket I've created Here with confirmation you'd like me to remove it, I'll sort it for you. Smiley

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
