Remove £3 100 mobile minutes from my account

On my latest bill I have been charged £3 for 100 Mobile Minutes but I have never requested this service.   

This has been going on for two years, I ring to get it removed and it never does. 

What more can I do?   It is not listed as a feature on my online account so I can't remove it myself.   

Please, for the 100th time, I don't want this service so please stop it and refund the latest charges.

Welcome to the forum.

 

I am really sorry to hear that it wasn't already resolved. I have raised task to relevant department to remove this from your account and refunded latest charges. I should have an answer within few days so I will update you once I will have confirmation that it was removed successfully.

Thanks for fast answer.

 

There is no need for that, I've managed to find your account based on your community account profile. Task was already raised to remove this Mobile Bolt On and I should receive an answer by end of this week.
