Remaining left on contract

How can I find out how many months I've got left on my contract? I signed up to a new contract in October last year, but can't remember if it was 12 or 18 months, but can't find anything online.

I keep having problems loading websites, to the point that I have to switch to a data signal to make it load, so think it might be time to switch to someone else.

Re: Remaining left on contract

That only tells me when I joined, which was 2014 not when I upgraded. Might have do call Plusnet up to find out.

Thanks.

Do I give 1 months notice to cancel or is it 3 months?

Re: Remaining left on contract

We require 14 days’ notice in order to cancel a residential account and 28 days’ notice to cancel a business account. The notice can be provided either by notifying us directly via phone or in writing, or if you’re moving to another provider, we will accept that provider's order notification as notice.

Our full cancellation policy can be found here.
