Refunds

Hey guys,
Not too long after my broadband was turned on i received an Email stating that i am entitled to a small refund because of time it took to activate the broadband.
I Cannot find this Email at this time but i would be happy to look and provide it if needed.
If so how much and when will this occur?

Hi there,
I can see your broadband was activated a week after the phone service was, and have refunded you the cost of a week's broadband service to cover this - hope that sorts everything for you? Really sorry for the delay.

We also had this sort of message, with no refund ever arising.  They di, however, double bill us as well.
