I am still being billed incorrectly from when I renewed my contract,and normally have been credited the overpayment around the time that the money is taken from my bank,but not for the month of January.Please investigate,as it's now £20.43 !!

Hi @biggles001, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear you're latest invoice hasn't been corrected and I've certainly looked into this for you moving forwards.
