Ive been having internet problems since 7th May and 2 bt engineers later, I received a text saying everything is back up now and showing good in tests, but the line will go up and down until line settles. I was promised a refund when all will be back to normal, but no mention of that in final message to me.
Please pass onto correct department to calculate refund from 7th May to 1st June, ( If everything is ok again, Fingers crossed)
