Refund submitted 14th Jan - still sitting with billing department

Can someone at Plusnet tell me how long a refund takes.

I was issued a refund on the 14th Jan and was told it would take 5 - 7 days, I have spoken twice since then with online advisors who say it is sitting with the Billing team who are running behind, but no one can seem to tell me when they will get round to issuing the refund to my bank.

 

Can any Plusnet staff here shed any light.
