Refund request please

Good afternoon,

I signed up to Plusnet broadband online on 11th July and paid £31.99 to cover the cost of the first months service and one off charges.

I unfortunately had to cancel my order, but I have had no communication with regard to a refund. I would be very grateful if a refund could be processed. I confirm the direct debit set up by Plusnet is still open.
