Refund on final mobile bill

Afternoon,

My final mobile bill date 19/08/19 is in credit by £6.33. How do I get a refund for this?

I'm so glad you got your plusnet mobile refund. I've been told to produce my bank statement to prove I haven't received mine after twice requesting the refund since my final bill dated 31 October, and waiting the 5-10 days each time. And now that it still hasn't happened and I have told them I am making a formal complaint, they have produced a bill for "additional charges outside of my plan" for the exact same amount of my refund. Only thing is, on the bill dated 1 December, they haven't itemised what the additional charges are for, only that the charges cover 29 October- 30 November. And the number has been ported to a new provider since the start of October. Work that out, if you can! 😂 😂
