When signing up, there were issues with our phone record on the Openreach ORDI database (incorrect postcode), and we wanted to transfer (keep) the existing number. We agreed to pay the £49.99 installation charge up front, so we could proceed with the switch, with the understanding that as installation was not required (no engineer visit) we would get a refund.
We've now switched, keeping our existing phone number, and not requiring an engineer visit.
Please can we have the £49.99 credited to our account?
