Refund not received
I closed my account on Thursday 8th October and sent my router back with the free returns label that was sent in the post, but I still haven't received my refund via cheque that was promised. It has been over a month now and I'm concerned that I have been forgotten about.
Can someone please ensure this refund is processed properly please?
