Refund not received

I signed up to plusnet on or around the 5th of September, but unfortunately I had to cancel this on the 10th of september.

I was told that my order had been canceled and that a full refund of £84.93 would be issued to my account within the next few days but I have still not received this, can someone please tell me why this is and when I will receive my refund.

I am really sorry to hear that you've not yet received your refund. I can see that your account has been cancelled and the billing team are currently in the process of sending out your refund.
