Refund not received and charged after cancellation

I actioned an authorised full refund of the entirety of plusnet services I had ordered, however after auctioning this with the customer options team I was still charged later on.

From the account page I can see my account appears to have been closed, but as of yet I have not been issued a refund whatsoever, let alone the entire refund which thanks to being charged later on is currently sitting at £256


Incredibly frustrated at this point, could someone advise as to what could be going on?
