Hi @prysgodyn,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this is causing you.
Your cancellation date was the 15th of November so you should receive your refund by midnight on the 14th of December at the latest. Please let us know if you do not receive your refund by this point.

Still no refund! I have no option but to go to the ombudsman, and maybe even other agencies. This is tantamount to theft.

@MatthewWheeler, would it be possible to provide a public (non account specific) update for everyone waiting for a refund to tell us what the current position with the billing system is, and what further delay we are likely to experience.
