Refund not received - 2 months
It's been nearly 2 months since I've canceled my broadband order with plusnet and haven't received my refund yet.
I've already got in touch with the customer services twice, I was told last month that my case had been escalated but haven't seen any money yet.
How is this even possible? This is unacceptable and I would like to know when will I have my money back.
