Refund for loss of service - include call plan?

Hi,
I was due a refund for the recent days I had no functioning phone line and broadband service. The calculation given did not take into account the call plan and CLI charges. Please can someone respond to the ticket – I don’t want to nag, but I was hoping it would be sorted out before my next billing date (because I was planning to change the call plan before then).

Sorry to see that the refund has clearly been calculated incorrectly.
