Hi. I suffered a loss of service recently which was not resolved until an engineer came out and did something at the cabinet in the street. I was without any broadband for six days whilst trying to educate my kids and have meetings via zoom from home. How do I ask for a some sort of compensation for loss of service during that time.

Try calling 0800 432 0200. You’ll probably get a pro-rata refund or some goodwill credit.
