My line supposedly went live on 21/07/17, yet I required an engineer to come out and fix the problem. As this did not occur until 17/8/17, I believe I am within my rights to request a refund for the downtime experienced between my line going live, and when I first received a working internet connection.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
