Refund for downtime
I first reported a problem with my line back in early March this year, it turned out to be a damaged line which needed to be replaced. I have been waiting since then to get it fixed and the problem has only just been resolved this week. Since March the phone went off when it rained, so I could not make or receive calls. The broadband speed also went down to as low as 0.2mbps, which made it unusable and often dropped the connection altogether. During this time I have been paying full price for phone/broadband and wonder if I would be entitled to a refund for the downtime and inconvenience I have experienced?
