Refund for dongle

How do I go about getting a refund as promised for the dongle I needed (#107964226 ) refers.

Customers don't have the option to add attachments to PMs. Perhaps you could create a ticket which the user can respond to adding a zipped-up attachment.

Thanks Matty. I've just got a message from link:csa removed saying my broadband is in the committed state and that it will be checked tomorrow. I'm waiting to here if I will have broadband today as promised. BTW I should have had it on 17th!
As I said, I can PM you if my broadband is up when I get home. If its not there will be hell to pay. I suggest you tip off Faith now.

Thanks for that, I've issued the refund on your account against your initial fees.
It will be paid back in to your account within the next 14 days (However it could be there sooner, depending on processing time with the bank)
