Refund due?

My contract ended on 25 Jan. I moved to Now tv and have been billed 39.98 for 5 days?  I was aware I would be charged for the 5 days but not for a whole month!

I'm sorry to see there's some confusion about your payments following cancelling your account. We'll generate your final bill within 21 days which will be a refund of anything you've paid for a service you've not had.
