Refund after leaving Plusnet

I left plusnet on 3rd September 2018.  My previous bill prior to leaving covered the period 18/08/18 - 17/09/18.  Should I receive a refund for the period from the 3rd September to 17th September, where I have paid for, but not received any Plusnet services?  

I have received a final bill Today for £0.15 for phone calls.

I have not received the refund I was promised within 5-7 working days.  9 working days have now passed,
