Hi,
Service ceased on Plusnet today 02/03. Bill shows that DD will pull for service charges between 28/02 and 29/03.
Question is will the DD actually pull for the full amount? And if so how long after that will I be refunded for service charges between 03/03 and 29/03.

Unfortunately your direct debit will take the full amount but when it's processed usually within 5-7 working days we'll work out your final bill and any required refunds should take between 5-10 working days to reach you.
