Hi, I've been told that I would be refunded after cancellation but this was done by cheque. I'm in another country for the moment and will not be returning to England for a while yet, and cannot access the cheque as a result. Is there a way for PlusNet to cancel the cheque and send me the money by an account transfer instead? Thanks!
