Refund For Loss of Service

Hi, never really had a need to contact Plusnet until recently when there was an openreach line issue, fault reported 02-04, resolved 05-05(!). Was advised I'd receive a credit against my account "automatically" between 15-30 days after resolution for loss of service, 31 days later and still nothing?! Any ideas anyone? Thank you!

Re: Refund For Loss of Service

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see you've been without a service for so long and are still waiting for the compensation. I've just manually worked this out now in line with Ofcom's guidance and you'll see the stack of credit from your next bill.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Refund For Loss of Service

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, much appreciated, it was an openreach issue in the end and thankfully normal service is back!

Re: Refund For Loss of Service

No problem, I'm glad things are back to normal now.

That credit is now applied and will go towards your bills from next month.

If there's anything else you'd need help with, feel free to let me know. Smiley
