Despite what it says on that ticket, I'm afraid the advisor didn't actually raise anything to issue that refund as the ticket was sent to you.
I've escalated this back over to our billing team to issue the refund for you and passed feedback on regarding the advisor.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay (Although it should be delayed too much as it wouldn't have been picked up over the weekend anyway) Thanks for your patience.
