Given the current set of high profile problems on the various components of the service, I'd take a calculated guess that this work is not even on the reserve list Gary.
From a personal standpoint I'd rather see the effort going into get the system stable and maintainable again before the Xmas user onslaught.  After Xmas maybe?

Would you honestly refer people with a clear conscience at the moment anyway?
If they were desperate to move, I'd have to send them elsewhere. Or, advise them to bide their time if you honestly believe PN will get back to form again.

I admire your tenacity on this subject Gary, but it looks like you're flogging a dead horse. 
Could I suggest you rest it until the current round of Billing and Provisioning fixes have been sorted, until then it is very unlikely to get looked at

Hi guys,
This is still on the workstack (I'm aware we've been saying that for a while now). Should be able to get some traction over the next couple of months.
We'll be changing the headline pricing on the current banners next month though.
