That shouldnt make any difference.
Sounds like the referrals didn't get processed properly. Did the referrals quote your username when they signed up ?
Checkeck with both of the family. The first one was just a year ago they have now found another supplier cheaper and faster in the area they live so I can forget that one. The second one of the family only came on board in July and have been paying monthly since then and she says she quoted my username on completing the signup. So it does appear I have one missing.
Could you private message me the username of the account you're missing from your referrals? I'll take a look.
