Referrals problem this month?

Has anyone else's referrals not been calculated correctly this month?
I'm not sure if it's something to do with the new '£25 recommendation' thing,  but the email I received only covered my subscription and not a cash rebate.
I've put a support request in, so watch this space..

It's ok, support got back to me with the answer.
I have looked into the issue and found the cause of this.
Recently, we have switched our billing company used to take payments.  However, they have a number of measures in place to prevent money laundering and as such, we can no longer pay this back via credit / debit card.
Our finance team now process this via Direct Debit manually (Bank Giro Credit) and this should be in your account around the 1st of the month.  Please get back to us should this not be in your account on or a few days after this.

What the devil is going on.
I have always paid by credit card and don't have a direct debit option on my account.
If this change to previous systems is correct why haven't we all been notified.

An old cynic once told me that it was cheaper to pay money by direct debit than a credit card credit.
