Referrals Question

I've got two referrals, one for line only 50p and one for unlimited 75p.  I haven't had any credit for them yet but I know it takes a few weeks.  My question is that although both referrals are showing (they are for the same person, same dates) only the credit for 50p is active.  Could anyone explain this please?
