Howdy,
When and how do referrals get paid when the person who's getting the money no longer has an active BB account?
I vaguely remember something about when they reach £5 and they are transferred by BACS?
Cheers,
A.

If the referrer no longer has a subscription account you are correct about credits accruing until £5 is reached. If they have a free account I think it is then paid by BACS if bank details are held on their account. Otherwise a cheque is sent.

I've a DD set up, presumably it would go through with a BACS transfer then?
The thought of leaving and getting a fiver every 6 weeks is very appealing.
Edit: Additional question, is it still possible to gain new referrals using a non-subscription account?

Yes, it is - easier if you keep active payment details on there so we have somewhere to pay the referrals into, otherwise we send a cheque out every so often.

For the third month running I have been short changed by 50% of my past referral amount, anyone at P N willing to give me an explanation or reason why?, I have read the link concerning this problem but to me that does not answer this question as far as when will the correct amount be given and will the shortage amount be discounted from my monthly D D

Hi Viper,
The reason for the shortage is exactly as I explained on the main forum post about referrals.
Your referral hasn't been billed since the fix went out.

The person you have referred will need to be billed first and then yourself. Worst case scenario it may be up to 2 months before some referrals show up going forward (e.g. If their billing date was 8th and yours was 7th they would need to be billed on 8th Feb and then yourself on 7th March)
