Referrals Payments NOT credited in April

Payment is showing in the Account Center but no payment has been made to my Bank Account.
I have raised a Ticket; reference number is: 102860166.

Hi Matty, I believe that the problem was that my Bank DD Details had fallen off the Referrals payments system. I gave the details over the Phone and now believe that system problem is resolved.
However, the outstanding Invoice for -£5.75 has not been paid so I am not confident that the problem is resolved.

Sorry, that was a bit of an oversight on my part.
I've arranged the refund to you Direct Debit now. As there are billing details on there for the next time (likely to be two months time I guess), I cannot foresee there being any further issue. The refund can take anywhere up to two weeks to arrive, though in my experience it's usually a little sooner than that.
