Referral value vanished

Hello,

I referred a friend in Aug, when he signed up and paid, the referrals page showed 2 items, BB + Line with values. Now he has finally switched, the referral page now just shows n/a in the value.

Just checking that the referral is good and the credit will be applied on the 24th.

Thanks for getting in touch.

There are some specific reasons as to why a referral may not have been made on your account, however we are unable to advise you the reasons as this would breach data protection.

- it may be that your referral has not had their bill yet and as such we cant give referral credit until bills are paid

- it may be that your referral does not have a direct debit set up

- it may be that your referral has not had their first bill since starting with ourselves yet.
