I was advised my problem was fixed and a credit note was issued and the ticket closed but I still haven't had a reduced direct debit for the refund. Now this months referal amount has gone bosoms up again!

Well I am getting a blank page again - no idea if I  or when I will get the free 3 months I should be due as a result of a new referral. 
All the more frustrating as I have just gone over the limit again today and my bill is due tomorrow - so an extra £5 to pay for 5GB that I won't use.

^BP (Bob Pullen?) Confirmed to me that the referrals page is flakey with the billing system is running. He may have raised it as an internal issue.
