Referral questions

Hi, my first post here so be gentle!
A few questions on referrals.
I have two referrals pending in my Discount summary. they are both showing for presignup which is fine. The first amount is for only 50p when I know that it should be 75p as they signed up to both broadband at 50p and phone at 25p.
The second referral is also showing for 50p. The person as far as I know has not actually signed up so I am unsure why this is even there!
Can someone from PN have a look please?

Hi wazzoworange,
Both are from accounts that have definitely been created - not sure if the other signup was a mistake? If so please let us know so we can stop any orders as soon as we can. With regard to the price difference, this will update as the phone and broadband services are activated - it'll be 50p at the moment because the broadband order is currently progressing, as soon as the phone order is placed (after the broadband goes active) the referral value should change.

It does thanks. I will get onto the person who's refferal should not be there to let them know. I hope it is meant to be there though so I get can that 50p!
