On my latest bill I see that the discount for referrals has dropped by a half, but if I look at how my referrals are calculated nothing has changed. It looks to me like a billing error.

After checking over the account it appears to be a system issue that has caused the delay of referrals to your account. The most likely reason for this is:
- The referral account/s have not been billed correctly
- Failed payment on the referrals account
- No active payment details on the referrals account
I'm afraid due to data protection I cannot confirm another accounts information and details. It may be worth speaking with your referrals.
