Referral payments

I know that there was a problem with these payments some time ago and I am now paid the correct amount each month.
The payments for broadband still seem to be behind:

ie. I have been paid 11 times for the phone but only 6 times for broadband (a deficit of £3.75)
Is there a reason for this?

This will be linked to the Referral problem, which is still ongoing - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,119500.208.html
I've checked your account and it is on the list and you should be refunded the outstanding referral amount during the "clean up". We don't have a confirmed time when this will happen as it will be manual work carried out by our Billing team. Once we have more information any updates will be posted on the thread I mentioned earlier.

You can see that we've started making back payments, it looks as though you're within the last batch if you haven't received anything back yet.
