Referral discount no longer being applied/given?

Hi all especially CSC guys 'n gals

 

I have one referral still showing as active but the last payment it showed up on was March 2018 i.e. neither April or May payment is showing in the emails I used to get telling it was being applied.

 

Anyone point me in the simplest direction (i.e. not waiting on the phone for ages or submitting a ticket Wink )to get an answer as to what has happened???

Have you got a discount on your Broadband subscription by any chance ?

Referral credit can only be applied to the BB component of your monthly payment, so if the referral value exceeds the BB component then referrals accrue until they get to £5 then are ceredited back to your account via the DD,
