Why are referrals now being paid by cheque again? And why hasn't my cheque arrived? I did put a support request in (number 28079967) but I'm still waiting for an answer. A little help? Cheers.
Hi Foxy, The referral discounts aren't (currently) being generated. The referral tokens are being generated and are being added to your account, they're just not being applied to your invoices because of a change we made with our billing system on the new products. Hi - Sorry about that, I didn't realise that you were expecting a cheque to be sent. The Finance guys are sending out cheques today. I'm just asking them to check if yours was one of them or whether it was sent out previously.
